Available weekly — order by Sunday at 8pm.
Daily Country White
$14Our signature loaf. Flour, water, salt, yeast. Simple done right — the everything bread.
Daily Country Wheat
$1530% whole wheat. Hearty, nutty, and just a little more virtuous than the white.
Classic Focaccia
$14Always on the menu. Crisp outside, pillowy inside, dangerous near olive oil. Customize with add-ins for $1 each: garlic, rosemary, olives.
Levain Country Blonde
$16Longer fermentation, lighter crumb, crackling rustic crust. The gateway levain loaf.
Levain Country Brown
$17Deeper flavor, darker crust, more complexity. The loaf that makes you forget you ever bought bread from a store.
The Weekly Bread
$17–$18Each week we pull something different from the oven. It might be a levain, a yeasted loaf, or something in between. This week: Earl Grey Raisin Pecan — a Ken Forkish-inspired loaf with steeped earl grey tea, plump raisins, and toasted pecans folded into a slow-fermented dough. Rich, complex, and unlike anything from a grocery shelf.
Monday Granola (16oz)
$15The savory one, built on organic sprouted rolled oats. Toasted almonds and walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and a real crack of black pepper, with just a whisper of maple, about half the sweetness of the Friday batch. Chia and flax go in after the bake. No dried fruit, on purpose. Made for yogurt bowls, salads, eggs, or eating by the handful.
Friday Granola (16oz)
$16Maple-sweetened granola built on organic sprouted rolled oats, with toasted pecans and cashews, pumpkin seeds, and coconut flakes used two ways: some toasted in for crunch, some folded in after for chew. Warmed with cardamom and cinnamon, finished with dried cranberries. Small-batch and pressed hard for big, snap-apart clusters.
Snowday Chocolate Chip Cookies (4)
$11Big, rich, full of chocolate. Best enjoyed on a couch during a Connecticut winter.
Rotating Scones (3)
$12Always scratch-made, sometimes sourdough, always seasonal. Recent examples: pumpkin ginger oat, maple, cranberry orange, cherry almond, whole wheat buttermilk raisin.
